- 2 lb. chicken breast
- 1 1/2 c. macaroni
- 1/2 gal. or more milk
- 1 stick butter
- salt and pepper
- Boil chicken until done.
- Cut into small bites.
- Boil macaroni separately until done.
- Heat milk in large pot; do not let burn. Heat slowly.
- As milk heats, add butter to melt.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Add chicken pieces and drained macaroni.
