Crab Cakes

Ingredients

  1. 1 lb. picked over crab meat
  2. 1 Tbsp. sharp mustard
  3. 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  4. 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  7. 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and form into patties.
  2. Roll in crumbs and refrigerate eight hours.
  3. Re-roll in crumbs and fry in 1/4 inch of oil until brown.
