Italian Chicken



  1. 6 to 8 chicken breasts, skinned
  2. 1 (8 oz.) lite Italian salad dressing


  1. In 9 x 13-inch pan, line chicken, making several slits across chicken with sharp knife.
  2. Bake, uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes. Take chicken out of pan.
  3. Pour out broth.
  4. Return chicken to pan. Making sure the slits in chicken are open, pour 8 ounces of salad dressing over chicken.
  5. Cover with foil, return to oven 20 minutes.
