- 6 to 8 chicken breasts, skinned
- 1 (8 oz.) lite Italian salad dressing
- In 9 x 13-inch pan, line chicken, making several slits across chicken with sharp knife.
- Bake, uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes. Take chicken out of pan.
- Pour out broth.
- Return chicken to pan. Making sure the slits in chicken are open, pour 8 ounces of salad dressing over chicken.
- Cover with foil, return to oven 20 minutes.
