Peaches And Cream Pie

Ingredients

  1. 3/4 c. flour
  2. 1 tsp. baking powder
  3. 1/2 tsp. salt
  4. 1 small pkg. (not instant) vanilla pudding
  5. 1 egg
  6. 1/2 c. milk
  7. 1 (14 oz.) can sliced peaches
  8. 2 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
  9. 6 tsp. peach juice
  10. 1 c. sugar
  11. cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Combine first 6 ingredients and pour into greased deep pie dish.
  3. Drain peaches, saving juice.
  4. Place peaches over mixture in dish.
  5. Mix cream cheese with sugar and juice.
  6. Spoon over peaches leaving 1/4 inch rim around edges. Sprinkle cinnamon.
  7. Bake 30 minutes, cool 45 minutes.
  8. Serve warm or cool.
