Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients

  1. 1 large pkg. egg noodles
  2. 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
  3. 2 pkg. mushroom gravy mix
  4. 2 or 3 jalapeno peppers (optional)
  5. salt, pepper and garlic powder
  6. 3 lb. ground beef
  7. 1 onion

Directions

  1. Season meat with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  2. Chop up onions and peppers.
  3. Add to meat.
  4. Roll meat into quarter-sized balls.
  5. Roll in flour.
  6. Shake excess flour.
  7. Add enough grease to a pan to cover meatballs.
  8. Let meatballs brown.
  9. Drain them on paper towel.
  10. Cook egg noodles.
  11. Drain.
