- 4 green peppers
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. cut fresh corn (3 or 4 ears)
- Remove top and seeds from green peppers; parboil 5 minutes; drain.
- Halve peppers.
- Brown onion and meat; add tomatoes, corn and seasonings.
- Heat through.
- Place peppers in 9 x 13-inch pan and stuff and top with buttered crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
- Serves 8.
