Easy Cheese Cake Pie
- 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 ready made graham cracker pie crust
- Mix together cream cheese and sugar.
- Add eggs, one at a time. Stir in sour cream and vanilla.
- Pour into pie crust.
- Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour, or until outer edges of pie begin to crack a little.
- Center will set upon standing.
- Refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours or overnight before serving.
