Corn Stuffing

Ingredients

  1. 1 (1 lb. 1 oz.) can cream-style corn
  2. 1 (12 oz.) can vacuum pack whole kernel corn, drained
  3. 1 beaten egg
  4. 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  5. 1/4 c. chopped, canned pimiento
  6. 1 tsp. salt
  7. dash of pepper

Directions

  1. Mix the corns, egg, bread crumbs, pimiento, salt and pepper. Fill roast 1 hour before done.
  2. Place remaining stuffing in casserole.
  3. Dot with butter.
  4. Bake alongside crown roast at 325°.
