Chicken Pie

Ingredients

  1. 1 chicken, boiled
  2. 1 can cream of chicken
  3. 2 eggs, boiled
  4. 1 Tbsp. butter
  5. 3 Tbsp. flour
  6. 2 c. broth from chicken
  7. biscuit dough

Directions

  1. Boil chicken and take all meat from bones.
  2. Dot bottom of baking dish with butter.
  3. Spread chicken in dish.
  4. Mix cream of chicken soup with flour and 2 cups chicken broth.
  5. Pour over chicken.
  6. Slice boiled eggs over top.
  7. Roll biscuit dough out very thin (1/4 inch thick) and cut biscuits out and lay on top of chicken. Bake at 375° until dough is brown.
