Pea Picking Cake
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 small can Mandarin oranges with juice
- 1 large Cool Whip
- 1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- Beat first four ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into oblong baking pan or 2 (9-inch) cake pans.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Cool.
