Best Cheese Cake
- 3 well-beaten eggs
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. dairy sour cream (can use 2 c.)
- 1 Graham-Nut crust (recipe follows)
- Combine eggs, cheese, sugar, salt and extract; beat until smooth.
- Blend in sour cream and put into Graham-Nut crust.
- Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Cool and chill 4 to 5 hours.
- Serves 10.
