Glazed Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  1. 2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks (undrained)
  2. 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
  3. 1 c. maraschino cherries, drained
  4. 3 large bananas, sliced
  5. 1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
  6. 1 3/4 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding

Directions

  1. Drain pineapple.
  2. Reserve 1 cup juice.
  3. Combine pineapple, remaining fruit and pecans in large bowl.
  4. Toss gently.
  5. Combine pudding and the reserved pineapple juice in mixing bowl.
  6. Beat on high speed for 1 minute.
  7. Pour pudding mixture over fruit and pecans and mix gently.
  8. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
