Salmon Loaf Or Patties

Ingredients

  1. 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
  2. 1/3 c. milk
  3. 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
  4. 2 eggs, beaten
  5. 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  6. 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  7. 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
  8. 1/4 tsp. salt
  9. dash of pepper

Directions

  1. Drain and flake salmon, reserving liquid.
  2. Pour milk over bread crumbs.
  3. Let stand 5 minutes.
  4. Add rest of ingredients. Spoon into oiled pan.
  5. Bake at 350°
  6. for 40 to 45 minutes or until firm.
  7. Unmold and serve.
