Bell Pepper Relish

Ingredients

  1. 12 green bell peppers
  2. 12 red bell peppers
  3. 12 onions
  4. 2 c. sugar
  5. 2 c. vinegar
  6. 3 Tbsp. salt

Directions

  1. Grind peppers and onions together.
  2. Pour boiling water over enough to cover and let stand 5 minutes; drain.
  3. Add sugar, vinegar and salt.
  4. Boil all together 5 minutes.
  5. Put into pint jars and seal.
  6. Can be frozen also.
  7. Makes about 8 pints.
  8. Very good.
