Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 stick margarine
  2. 1 small onion, chopped
  3. 1 can beef consomme
  4. 1 can beef bouillon or onion soup
  5. 1 heaping c. rice
  6. 1 c. water

Directions

  1. Brown rice in small amount of margarine.
  2. Brown onion in 1/2 stick margarine.
  3. Combine all in casserole.
  4. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325°.
  5. Change casserole by adding pork chops.
  6. Brown pork chops lightly and place on top of rice before baking.
