Velvet Chicken

Ingredients

  1. 4 boneless chicken breasts
  2. 1 jar dried beef
  3. 4 strips bacon
  4. 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  5. 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Directions

  1. Layer bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with dried beef.
  2. Wrap a piece of bacon around each piece of chicken and secure with toothpick. Lay chicken on top of dried beef.
  3. Mix soup and sour cream and pour on top of chicken.
  4. Bake uncovered at 250° for 4 hours or at 350° for 1 hour.
