- 1/2 c. grated carrot
- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp. salad dressing
- 4 thin slices boiled ham
- In a medium bowl combine all ingredients except ham.
- Spoon mixture evenly over each ham slice.
- Roll up over filling.
- Secure each roll-up with a toothpick.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
