Lo-Cal Honey Mustard Chicken

  1. 3 oz. skinless chicken breast
  2. 1 Tbsp. fat-free honey mustard dressing

Directions

  1. Marinate chicken in dressing 1 hour; broil.
  2. Serve with steamed broccoli with 2 teaspoons lemon juice.
