Mexican Wedding Cake

Ingredients

  1. 2 c. flour
  2. 2 c. sugar
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 2 Tbsp. baking soda
  5. 1 c. walnuts, chopped
  6. 1 can crushed pineapple

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients and bake at 350° for 35 minutes in a 9 x 13 pan.
  2. Do not grease pan.
  3. Top with a cream cheese frosting. (Pecans can be used in place of walnuts.)
