Hot Artichoke Dip
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- Stir everything together.
- Spoon into a small ovenproof dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until it bubbles.
- Serve with corn chips, toasted pita, bagel triangles.
