- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 rounded c. shortening
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- Blend flour, shortening and salt.
- Add egg, water and vinegar. Mix well and add to flour mixture.
- Divide in thirds.
- Roll on floured board or pastry sheet.
- Makes 3 shells or 1 shell and 1 two-crust pie.
