Stuffed Acorn Squash

Ingredients

  1. 1 large acorn squash
  2. 1/4 c. chopped onion
  3. 1/4 c. chopped celery
  4. 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
  5. 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  6. salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cut squash in half and remove seeds.
  2. Place cut side down in a baking dish in 1/2 inch of water.
  3. Bake at 400° until tender, about 30 minutes.
