- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
- 2 (7 x 4-inch) slices Swiss cheese
- 3/4 c. cooked chopped broccoli
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. half and half
- 2 tsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. sharp cheese, shredded
- Line bottom of pie shell with Swiss cheese.
- Top with broccoli.
- Beat together and pour over broccoli: eggs, half and half, flour, salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle pie with shredded cheese. Bake at 300° for 45 minutes.
