- 2 (17 oz.) cans yams, drained
- 1/2 c. Karo light syrup
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 c. half and half cream
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Place drained yams in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake at 325° for 15 minutes. Place rest of ingredients in saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Pour mixture over yams and bake 15 more minutes.
