Baked Beef Stew

Ingredients

  1. 1 can mushroom soup
  2. 2 lb. stew meat
  3. 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  4. 1/2 c. wine (optional; can use broth)
  5. 1/2 c. water
  6. 1 small pkg. baby carrots
  7. 1 1/2 c. small potato, halved

Directions

  1. Place first 5 ingredients in covered casserole dish. Bake for 2 hours. Add carrots and potatoes. Bake for additional hour. Serve from pot.
