Quick 'N Easy Chicken



  1. 4 chicken breasts
  2. 3 Tbsp. oleo
  3. salt
  4. pepper
  5. paprika
  6. garlic salt
  7. parsley flakes
  8. 1 can cream of chicken soup
  9. 1/2 soup can water


  1. Remove skin from chicken.
  2. Lightly sprinkle chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic salt.
  3. Brown in melted oleo.
  4. Add cream of chicken soup, water (blended together) and 1 teaspoon parsley flakes.
  5. Also add a dash more of garlic salt. Cook covered until chicken is tender.
  6. The soup makes a delicious gravy of its own and this is very good served with herbed rice. This can be prepared the night before and cooked, then heated slowly when ready to serve.
  7. Great for working women.
