Potato Soup

Ingredients

  1. 6 potatoes, peeled and diced
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. salt and pepper to taste
  4. 1 small can Carnation cream
  5. 1 can celery soup
  6. 1 stick butter
  7. 1 can sliced mushrooms
  8. grated cheese

Directions

  1. In saucepan, cook potatoes and onions until tender, leaving enough water to cover potatoes.
  2. Add cream, celery soup, butter and mushrooms.
  3. Cook on low heat 20 minutes.
  4. Top with grated cheese.
