- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese
- 1 c. reduced-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 1 (6 oz.) crabmeat, flaked or imitation crab
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green onions
- 3 drops hot pepper sauce
- garlic salt to taste
- Place cream cheese, cottage cheese and mayonnaise in mixer bowl and beat on high until well blended. Add remaining ingredients and beat until combined. Chill and serve with crackers or bread.
