Cherry Cheesecake

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 stick butter
  2. 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  3. 4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  4. 1/2 pt. heavy cream
  5. 1 c. sugar
  6. 6 eggs
  7. 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  8. 3 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  9. 1 can cherry filling

Directions

  1. Mix melted butter and graham cracker crumbs together.
  2. Pat on bottom of a spring-form pan.
  3. Mix softened cream cheese, heavy cream and sugar.
  4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time! Add cornstarch and vanilla.
  5. After mixing, pour on top of crumb crust in spring-form pan.
  6. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
  7. Shut off oven and leave cheesecake in for an additional hour.
  8. After cooling, top with cherries and refrigerate before serving.
