Ham Loaf

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 lb. ground ham
  2. 1/2 lb. ground pork or veal
  3. 1/2 c. plain cracker crumbs (Stouffer's)
  4. 2 slightly beaten eggs
  5. 1/2 c. brown sugar
  6. 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  7. 1/4 c. vinegar
  8. 1/2 c. milk
  9. dash of pepper

Directions

  1. Combine brown sugar, mustard and vinegar; set aside.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients.
  3. Add 1/2 of sugar mixture; mix well.
  4. Shape into loaf.
  5. Pour other 1/2 of sugar mixture over ham loaf.
  6. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
  7. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
