Ingredients

  1. 1 c. diced cooked ham
  2. 1 c. mushrooms, sliced (canned may be used)
  3. 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  4. 6 oz. egg noodles (or any pasta to taste)
  5. 1 can (16 oz.) peas
  6. 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Saute ham and mushrooms in butter until browned.
  2. Cook noodles as per package directions; drain.
  3. Cook peas; drain. Put all hot ingredients in large mixing bowl, sprinkle with cheese and toss well.
  4. Serve at once.
  5. Serves 4 to 6.
