Soyameat Vegetable Loaf

Ingredients

  1. 1 lb. soyameat, grated (chicken style)
  2. 1 c. farmer style cottage cheese
  3. 3 medium carrots, shredded
  4. 1 small onion, chopped
  5. 1 egg
  6. 1 tsp. salt
  7. 1/2 tsp. basil

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients lightly in a large bowl.
  2. Pour into a loaf pan or shallow casserole.
  3. Bake in a 350° oven for 50 minutes or until firm and lightly brown.
  4. Serves 4 to 6.
