Soyameat Vegetable Loaf
- 1 lb. soyameat, grated (chicken style)
- 1 c. farmer style cottage cheese
- 3 medium carrots, shredded
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- Mix all ingredients lightly in a large bowl.
- Pour into a loaf pan or shallow casserole.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 50 minutes or until firm and lightly brown.
- Serves 4 to 6.
