- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 small can green chilies
- 1 small can sliced black olives
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/4 c. green onions, diced
- 1 to 2 cloves of garlic, diced (to taste)
- 2 dashes hot sauce (Tabasco)
- Mix all ingredients together reserving some tomatoes, olives, and green onions for garnish.
- Bake in serving dish.
- Bake 20 minutes until bubbly in 350° oven.
- Top with garnish and serve with chips.
