Peanut Butter Eggs



  1. 1 box 10x sugar
  2. 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  3. 1 c. coconut
  4. 1 c. peanut butter


  1. Add all of the ingredients to 2 sticks of melted margarine and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
  2. Mix well and shape into small eggs.
  3. Melt 12 ounces of chocolate chips and 1/3 stick of paraffin over double boiler.
  4. Dip eggs into chocolate coating.
  5. Place dipped eggs on buttered cookie sheets and place in refrigerator for a few minutes to harden.
  6. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
