- 1 lb. hamburger patties
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. rice
- dash of salt
- Brown hamburger patties.
- Drain fat.
- In a separate saucepan, boil 2 cups of water with salt.
- Stir in rice; bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
- Reduce heat to a simmer; cover rice for 20 minutes.
- Pour mushroom soup over hamburger patties with 1 can of water.
- Simmer until rice is done.
- Serve with or over rice.
