Toffee Bar Crunch Pie

Ingredients

  1. 1/3 c. caramel ice cream topping
  2. 1 1/2 c. cold milk
  3. 1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O vanilla flavor instant pudding
  4. 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  5. 6 (1.4 oz. each) bars chocolate covered English toffee, chopped
  6. 1 graham cracker pie crust

Directions

  1. Spread topping on bottom of pie crust.
  2. Pour milk into a large bowl.
  3. Add pudding mix.
  4. Beat with whisk for 2 minutes.
  5. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in Cool Whip and toffee bars.
  6. Spoon in crust. Freeze 4 hours until set.
