Blackberry Mustard

Ingredients

  1. 1 c. fresh blackberries
  2. 1/4 c. plus 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  3. 3 Tbsp. honey
  4. 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  5. 1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

  1. Put berries in food processor.
  2. Blend about 1 minute or until smooth.
  3. Strain and discard seeds.
  4. Combine with remaining ingredients in a bowl; stir well.
  5. Serve with grilled or roasted meats.
  6. Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to two weeks.
