- 1 c. fresh blackberries
- 1/4 c. plus 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- Put berries in food processor.
- Blend about 1 minute or until smooth.
- Strain and discard seeds.
- Combine with remaining ingredients in a bowl; stir well.
- Serve with grilled or roasted meats.
- Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to two weeks.
