Creamy Chicken-Vegetable Chowder

Ingredients

  1. 2 c. chopped cooked chicken
  2. 1 can cream of potato soup
  3. 1 can cream of chicken soup
  4. 1 can Mexican-style corn
  5. 1 jar sliced mushrooms
  6. 1 can chopped green chiles
  7. 1 1/2 c. milk
  8. 1 c. chicken broth
  9. 1/3 c. sliced green onions
  10. 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  11. garnish: sliced green onions

Directions

  1. Using all soups undiluted and all vegetables undrained. Combine first 9 ingredients in a Dutch oven, stirring well.
  2. Cook over medium heat 5 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove from heat; add cheese, stirring until cheese melts. Garnish if desired and serve immediately.
