- 12 egg yolks
- 1 lb. fine sugar
- 1 pt. good bourbon
- 1/8 c. gin
- 1/8 c. vodka
- 1/8 c. good Scotch
- 2 pt. whipping cream
- Beat eggs and add sugar gradually so it will almost dissolve. Add slowly (gently) bourbon to which has been added gin, vodka and Scotch.
- Whip the cream to stiff peaks.
- Whip whites of 6 eggs and stir in slowly, but well, until whites seem to disappear.
- Let age for 2 days before serving.
- Relax and enjoy.
