  2. 1/2 c. soft butter
  3. 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  4. 1/4 tsp. dried oregano

  2. Blend the butter, 1 tablespoon parsley, oregano, dill and garlic.
  3. Put the bread slices together again after putting the butter mixture on each slice.
  4. Shape aluminum foil around the bread in a boat like fashion, twisting the ends and leaving the top open.
  5. Spread a small amount of the butter mixture on top of bread, then sprinkle liberally with Parmesan cheese and the 1 tablespoon parsley.
  6. Heat in 400° oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
