Peppery Pork Chops

Ingredients

  1. 1 Tbsp. paprika
  2. 1 tsp. garlic salt
  3. 1/2 tsp. pepper
  4. 4 pork chops, cut 3/4-inch thick
  5. 1/2 c. dairy sour cream

Directions

  1. In a small mixing bowl combine paprika, garlic salt and pepper.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Rub each chop with paprika mixture.
  4. Place the pork chops on the unheated rack of a broiler pan.
  5. Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 8 minutes.
  6. Turn chops and broil for 7 to 9 minutes more or until the meat is no longer pink.
  7. Serve with sour cream.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
