Peppery Pork Chops
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 pork chops, cut 3/4-inch thick
- 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
- In a small mixing bowl combine paprika, garlic salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Rub each chop with paprika mixture.
- Place the pork chops on the unheated rack of a broiler pan.
- Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 8 minutes.
- Turn chops and broil for 7 to 9 minutes more or until the meat is no longer pink.
- Serve with sour cream.
- Makes 4 servings.
