Crab-Chas-Dip

Ingredients

  1. 3 cans crab meat
  2. 4 pkg. cream cheese
  3. 1/2 packet onion soup mix
  4. 1/4 c. grated Parmesan
  5. 1 small onion, diced
  6. 2 cloves diced garlic
  7. 2 Tbsp. diced pimentos
  8. 1 small green pepper, diced
  9. 2 tsp. hot sauce
  10. celery salt and pepper
  11. 1 bottle white wine

Directions

  1. Soften cream cheese.
  2. Mix all ingredients together, except wine.
  3. Place in buttered casserole; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
  4. Serve on Triscuits.
  5. Open wine. "Oh!
  6. I'm in Heaven."
