Tasty Crab Spread
- 1 (8 oz.) crab meat, flaked (Louis Kemp crab delights)
- 1/4 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/4 c. finely chopped green onion
- 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Serve with crackers or thin party rye bread.
- If you want to add color, you can add chopped black olives or chopped pimentos.
