- 2 c. pineapple tidbits, drained (20 oz. can)
- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. crumbled Ritz crackers (about 50 crackers)
- 1 stick melted butter
- Place pineapple in buttered 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Combine sugar and flour; sprinkle over cheese.
- Mix crumbled crackers and melted butter; place over top of casserole. Bake for 30 minutes in a 350° oven.
- Serves 6.
