Horseradish Cheese Spread
- 1/4 c. crumbled Blue cheese
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- Mash Roquefort cheese with chopped parsley, pimento and a little cream.
- Season with Tabasco.
- Fill individual stalks of celery with cheese mixture.
- Garnish with parsley or pimento.
- The spread is good on crackers, also.
