Easy Tomato-Cheese Macaroni

Ingredients

  1. 1 can condensed tomato soup (1 1/4 c.)
  2. 1/2 c. milk
  3. 2 c. shredded sharp American cheese
  4. 1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
  5. 4 c. cooked macaroni
  6. 2 Tbsp. buttered bread crumbs (if desired)

Directions

  1. Heat soup, milk and 1 1/2 cups of cheese over low heat.
  2. When cheese melts, add parsley.
  3. Blend with macaroni.
  4. Pour into buttered 2-quart casserole.
  5. Top with remaining cheese and buttered crumbs.
  6. Bake 20 minutes in hot oven (400°).
  7. Makes 6 servings.
