Quickie Chicken Pie
- 1 fryer, cooked, deboned and cut into small pieces
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. plain flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 3 or 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- Put meat in bottom of small casserole dish.
- Pour margarine over chicken.
- Layer with eggs.
- Mix flour, baking powder and milk.
- Pour over eggs.
- Mix soup and broth in saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Pour over all. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
