Chili

Ingredients

  1. 2 lb. ground meat
  2. salt and pepper to taste
  3. 2 Tbsp. flour
  4. 1 onion, finely chopped
  5. 3 (1 lb.) cans chili beans
  6. 3 Tbsp. tomato sauce
  7. 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
  8. 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  9. 3 c. water (add more if needed to be proper consistency)

Directions

  1. In a large pot, brown meat.
  2. Add salt, pepper, flour and onion.
  3. Cook until onion in translucent. Add chili beans, tomato sauce, garlic powder and chili powder; mix well.
  4. Add water and continue cooking for 1 hour.
