- 3/4 c. oat bran cereal
- 1 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel (optional)
- 1 egg white, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. sage
- 1/3 c. orange juice
- 1 lb. fresh turkey cutlets
- 1/2 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
- Heat oven to 375°.
- Lightly spray rack of foil-lined pan with vegetable oil cooking spray or oil lightly.
- In shallow dish, combine uncooked oat bran, parsley, orange peel and sage; mix well.
