Bul-Ko-Ki(Charcoal Beef Korean Style)
- 2 lb. London broil roast beef
- 5 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. garlic, chopped very thin
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
- dash of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Slice beef into 2 x 1-inch strips.
- Combine all other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Pour over beef and mix. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
