Bul-Ko-Ki(Charcoal Beef Korean Style)

Ingredients

  1. 2 lb. London broil roast beef
  2. 5 green onions, thinly sliced
  3. 1 tsp. garlic, chopped very thin
  4. 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  5. 2 Tbsp. sugar
  6. 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  7. 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
  8. dash of black pepper
  9. 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

  1. Slice beef into 2 x 1-inch strips.
  2. Combine all other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour over beef and mix. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
